Kielenrauhaa takes its name from the Finnish words kieli, that means language, and rauha, peace.
Just like other Finnish compound words, it has its own, special meaning -
'the peaceful way of language learning'.
The founder and administrator is Hanna Huovari, a private Finnish language teacher living in Tampere, who believes the language is the door to another culture and more comprehensible world.

I participated in the 15-lesson YKI training group. Se on mahtava! The course was practical and fun, I wanted to focus especially on the active parts of the test (speaking and writing), so I learnt clear strategies and had plenty of opportunities to practice doing homework in my freetime, and during Zoom meetings.
