Terms and Conditions
To attend Finnish online lessons or Spanish or Swedish online lessons with Hanna Huovari TMI (Business ID 3385799-1), you need a computer or laptop and a stable internet connection. During online lessons we might study also in Zoom with pairs and in small groups. By agreeing to these terms, you agree to have your webcam and microphone on during lessons.
Making an order
To make a purchase, select a lesson or course plan and either purchase it online, or contact the teacher in email hanna@kielenrauhaa.com. In the message, state the title and level of the course or private lesson request. Write also payment method you prefer to use. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested for an order will not be used for any other reason than the delivery of the order, to resolve any ambiguities, as well as to send you necessary information, such as the link to join in online course. When ordering from the online store, you are requested to have read and agreed to the terms.
After payment, you will receive a link to join lessons to your email. Make sure, that you have given a correct email address.
Enrolment terms
Enrolment is binding.
A place on the course is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
All the courses are aimed and directed for adult learners of over 18 years of age.
Method of payment
Direct to banks with IBAN (Nordea, OP Bank, S-pankki)
Payment by MobilePay or Siirto.
Invoicing is possible for over 400 euros purchase. If you need an invoice, please contact hanna@kielenrauhaa.com
Prices
The valid price of each course or lesson is visible in All my Courses -page.
Prices are given in euros and they include 25.5 % VAT.
Cancellation policy
If you want to quit studies after you have already started, you can contact the teacher hanna@kielenrauhaa.com
If you find the course level too easy or too ambitious or difficult, Hanna Huovari TM will offer you other options and courses. You will not get your money back automatically.
The cancelations are to be made no later than 7 days before the course is scheduled to start, to get back full payment.
- For cancellations made 1- 6 days before the course starts, 50% of the course fee will be charged. Changing the course or getting compensation lessons is also negotiable.
- Cancelations by informing the teacher on the first lesson are not accepted.
- The course fee will not be refunded if the student just doesn't attend or stops attending the course.
Course changes or cancellations
- If necessary, the course's online meeting or live meeting dates can be changed. In such case, you will be informed in advance.
- If a course gets cancelled, the student will be informed by text message, e-mail or phone. Options in such case include change of study plan, switching to another course or getting refund. The student is responsible for keeping the contact information provided up to date.
• If a lesson is cancelled by the teacher, you will be entitled to a compensation lesson.
Insurance
Students or their personal property have not been insured by Hanna Huovari TM.
